Uploading Photos and Videos

Since this website is under a free account we only have 300mb of space. This means that if everyone uploads all their photos and videos we will quickly run out of space. To solve this problem I have setup a Gmail, Youtube, & Photobucket account that everyone will have access to.

With the photobucket account you can upload photos to their servers and get a unique URL that links directly to that photo. Then, in your wiki article, you can insert the code [[image URL]], replacing URL with your actual URL. This will insert the image into your wiki. If you want to center the image place an = followed by a space before the image code. Another example is as follows:

= [[image http://i1155.photobucket.com/albums/p541/cuicarsyscon/Timken1.jpg]]

You can also upload videos to Photobucket and get a unique URL that links directly to that video. Then, to embed the video directly into the page use the [[html]] ... [[/html]] block. Between the the "embedding html code" you should place the HTML code that Photobucket provides. An example is as follows:

With the Youtube account you can upload videos to Youtube and get a unique URL that links directly to that video. Then, to embed the video directly into the page use the [[embedvideo]] ... [[/embedvideo]] block. Between the the "embedding html code" you should place the embedded code that Youtube provides. An example is as follows:
